ImagineArt Review: Wide Model Access, Read the Refund Policy First

ImagineArt resells a wide catalog of third-party models at a reasonable entry price. Trustpilot shows a specific, repeated pattern of billing and refund complaints.

ImagineArt resells access to Runway, Kling, Veo, Grok Video, Seedance and more starting at 11 euro/mo for 3,000 credits. Its free tier (100 credits/day) is restricted to lower-tier models only. Trustpilot documents a specific, repeated pattern of refund and billing complaints, including unexplained refund denials and unresolved unexpected renewal charges.

ImagineArt, built by Vyro AI, aggregates a wide catalog of third-party models: Runway Gen-4.5, Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1, Grok Video, Seedance, Luma Ray2 and more, behind its own subscription tiers, alongside a set of proprietary "ImagineArt"-branded models whose underlying architecture is not independently confirmed.

What it costs (and a sale banner you should ignore for budgeting)

At the time of writing, ImagineArt's pricing page is running a limited-time promotion (advertised as up to 50% off). We are reporting the base prices, not the promotional ones, because a sale is not a stable number to budget against:

PlanPrice/moCredits/mo
Basic€113,000
Standard€268,000
Ultimate€4716,000, unlimited on select models
Creator€298100,000, unlimited on select models

Yearly billing runs roughly 36–39% cheaper per plan according to the site's own discount figures.

Free tier

100 credits per day, recurring, but restricted to lower-tier models only ("ImagineArt 1.0 Lite" and Flux Dev); the premium third-party models advertised on paid plans are not accessible for free.

What we found when we looked past the pricing page, and it is the most important section of this review

Billing and refund complaints on Trustpilot are more frequent and more specific here than on any other platform we have reviewed in this category, including the credit-rollover complaints we found on OpenArt. Documented cases include a $492 annual charge with a refund refused for exceeding a 300-credit usage threshold, a promised refund or downgrade that reviewers say was never executed, and unexpected annual renewal charges left unresolved for over a month. Some reviews describe support proactively reaching out after a negative review was posted publicly, which cuts both ways: it can mean problems get fixed, or it can mean visible complaints get resolved faster than quiet ones.

If you subscribe here, we would specifically recommend turning off auto-renewal manually rather than assuming a downgrade or cancellation request will be processed as expected, based on the pattern in these reviews.

What we have not tested ourselves

We have not run our own benchmark battery through ImagineArt's access to any of these models. Scores published elsewhere on this site were measured through Magnific.

Should you use it

The model catalog is wide and the entry price is reasonable before you account for the billing pattern above. Given how specific and repeated the refund complaints are, we would use this on a monthly plan rather than annual until you have confirmed your own experience with cancellation and billing support.
